Construction Updates

Construction Upcoming: FY24 DWSRF Water System Improvements – Contract 1
Construction on Chester Road for installation of a new 12-inch transmission water main is scheduled to begin on March 17. The project will start near the intersection of Chester Road and Longbridge Road and work north along Chester Road and will end at the cul-de-sac of Chester Road.

Project Update: FY24 DWSRF Water System Improvements – Contract 2
No work is planned next week for construction of the well house. Limited construction will take place until mid-April.

Construction Upcoming: FY24 DWSRF Water System Improvements – Contract 3
Gustafson HDD has conducted hydroexcavating this past week throughout the Village. Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) has begun today and will continue scheduling with residents in the following weeks to continue the LSLR. A reminder that grass or pavement disturbances in front of residences will be replaced as a part of this project.

Lead Service Line Replacements

Beginning in March 2025, Gustafson HDD, LLC will be working to identify lead service lines throughout the Village. Some residents may receive the notice below instructing them to make an appointment to have their service line investigated and/or replaced.

Please only make an appointment if you have received the notice below as the project scope only includes certain locations at this time.
