Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals is composed of five regular members and two alternate members who are appointed by the Village Council. The Zoning Board of Appeals takes action on approving or denying dimensional and use variances, appeals, evaluating requests for interpretation and to decipher the Zoning Ordinance. Zoning Board of Appeals decisions may be appealed to the County Circuit Court.
