Pentwater Village has a Downtown Development Authority. The Authority was formed in 1993 when the Village council enacted Ordinance #145 to ensure that the Village stays vibrant and prosperous. Read more of the DDA Governance on the About Us page.

The Downtown Development Authority meets on the second Wednesday every other month at 8:30 AM in the Pentwater Village Community Hall - 327 Hancock. The public is always welcome and time is allotted for public comment.
